Customer Strategy Director
Strategy and Execution
• Lead the design and optimization of the company's go-to-market model to ensure optimal market coverage and resource allocation
• Participate in or lead the annual incentive policy design, identify key incentive targets (products, teams), and propose solutions
• Build a performance management system from KPI setting to action closure, promoting a data-driven management culture
• Identify critical capability gaps in SFE, operations, and customer engagement, and drive cross-department capability enhancement projects
Leadership
• Integrate the existing teams to improve strategic collaboration and execution efficiency
• Guide the team to transition from traditional support roles to strategic partners
• Enhance the team's understanding and judgment regarding data, business needs, and tool development, moving from "demand executors" to "value creators"
Digital Transformation
• Drive the upgrade of digital tools such as customer engagement planning tools, customer segmentation, and content management from "tool provision" to "strategic planning + insight enabling"
• Improve data management standards and promote operational data systematization and automation
• Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Sales, and other departments to implement digital solutions that deliver business value
