This position centers on the R&D management of innovative cell technologies such as cell sorting, activation, and transfection. The person in this role should be equipped with extensive team management skills and a sharp eye for cutting-edge technologies. They are expected to lead the team to drive the R&D and application transformation of innovative technologies. Additionally, by establishing a platform for in-depth collaboration with foreign teams, global technical resources can be integrated and shared, enhancing the global competitiveness of the technologies.
•Team Management
Oversee the R&D lab team, covering training, performance evaluation, and team development, to foster an efficient collaborative working environment.
Be responsible for formulating and implementing the daily operation plan of the laboratory, covering equipment management, reagent and consumable procurement, experiment schedule arrangement, etc., to ensure the efficient operation of the laboratory.
Set up a rational performance evaluation and feedback mechanism. Regularly conduct comprehensive appraisals on team members' work performance, innovative achievements, and contributions to the team, and promptly resolve issues that arise during team collaboration.
•Project Planning and Execution
Formulate detailed project plans, defining project objectives, milestones, task allocations, and resource requirements to ensure the project is delivered on time.
Monitor the project progress, promptly identify and resolve project risks and issues, and take effective corrective actions to guarantee the smooth running of the project.
•Technology R&D
Keep track of the forefront research and application fields of global cell sorting, activation, and transfection technologies, and come up with innovative R&D ideas and plans.
Lead the team to carry out technical breakthroughs and address technical pain points, such as improving the recovery rate and purity of rare cell sorting, achieving spatiotemporal specific regulation of cell activation, and reducing cytotoxicity and off-target effects during transfection.
• Data Management and Quality Assurance
Establish and improve the project data management system to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and traceability of experimental data.
Develop and enforce strict quality control standards to ensure the project complies with relevant domestic and international regulations and industry standards.
Take charge of the organization and archiving of project documents, providing support for project audits and acceptance.
• Communication and Reporting
Regularly report project progress, achievements, and problems to the R&D manager, offering professional technical analysis and suggestions.
Serve as the technical contact for the company's joint R&D projects with foreign teams. Regularly communicate with foreign teams, sharing project progress and encountered problems, and promoting knowledge sharing and experience exchange.
Maintain good communication and cooperation with external partners and academic institutions to expand technical resources and cooperation opportunities.
