Government & Regulatory Affairs
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key government authorities at national, provincial, and local levels.
Monitor and assess policy, regulatory, and legislative developments impacting the business.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership regarding regulatory trends and emerging issues.
Represent the company in government meetings, industry forums, and public affairs engagements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy
Establish and manage relationships with industry associations, chambers of commerce, think tanks, and other external stakeholders.
Lead advocacy initiatives that support the company's business priorities and long-term interests.
Identify opportunities to enhance the company's visibility, credibility, and influence within relevant stakeholder communities.
Support senior executives in external engagement activities.
Risk Management & Issue Resolution
Identify potential regulatory, political, and reputational risks.
Develop proactive strategies to mitigate external affairs challenges.
Partner with Legal, Compliance, Communications, and business leaders on sensitive issues and crisis management situations.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders during regulatory or public affairs events.
Strategic Projects
Support business expansion initiatives requiring government engagement.
Partner with Sustainability and CSR teams on government-related programs and partnerships.
Contribute to broader corporate affairs and external affairs initiatives across China.
