Procurement Excellence Director

· Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute the global Procurement Excellence roadmap, aligning with the overarching business and procurement strategy. Champion the digital transformation agenda.
· Digital & AI Transformation: Identify, evaluate, and implement advanced digital procurement technologies (e.g., AI-powered sourcing, predictive analytics, robotic process automation, cognitive procurement, contract analytics) to optimize processes and unlock new value levers.
· Process Re-engineering: Lead the design and standardization of global procurement processes (S2P), eliminating inefficiencies and embedding best practices to improve performance, compliance, and user experience.
· Performance Management: Define and implement a robust set of KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of procurement initiatives. Establish a performance management framework to track benefits realization from digital projects.
· Change Management & Training: Act as a key change agent, building buy-in and capability across the procurement team and key business stakeholders. Develop and deliver training programs on new processes, tools, and digital capabilities.
· Center of Excellence (CoE) Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing Procurement Excellence CoE team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with senior leadership, IT, finance, and business units to ensure strategic alignment and secure funding for key transformation initiatives.
