1.Conduct market research to define BD strategy of Company China in targeted segment (Weight 30%)
-Map out the top customers in target segment of China and potential opportunities
-As the leader of BD projects in the targeted segment, conduct market research, customer analysis and planning of product groups in the targeted segment
-Design the BD roadmap for the targeted market, with a focus on key performance products
-Cooperate with the research institutes and the segment associations to promote product applications and build brand awareness
2.Drive the BD projects and guide the sales activities cooperating with other business forces (Weight 35%)
-Establish good business contact and build strong relationships with the targeted customers
-Establish a strong network with the major players and develop key customers in the targeted segments
-Coordinate with Project Manager, Application Engineering Manager, and Sales Teams on new customer development
-With the support of sales, technical and marketing teams, organize the product and technical oriented events for the existing and potential customers
-Develop and roll out segment offers in cooperation with internal and external resources
-Lead the team to coordinate with technical force, to solve customer’s technical issues, after sales problems or customer complaint
3.
Ensure the achievement of sales targets and project delivery in the targeted segment for the applicable product group(s) (Weight 35%)
-Cooperate with sales teams to maintain relationships with existing and new KAs and win new opportunities
-Propose the price strategy for the defined market and/or customer, and confirm with the Segment Leader and VP Sales
-Initiate offer proposal, product test and trial, and obtain approval of OEMs
