About the Role
We are seeking a results‑driven Retail Manager (Dealer & B2B Sales) to lead our dealer network, expand B2B partnerships, and drive commercial growth for our lifestyle brand. This role is responsible for managing channel partners, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring consistent brand execution across all retail touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
1. Dealer Network Management
Manage and grow the dealer/retail partner network across assigned regions
Set annual sales targets and monitor dealer performance against KPIs
Conduct regular dealer visits to ensure brand standards, VM execution, and service quality
Provide training, product knowledge, and sales coaching to dealer teams
Negotiate dealer agreements, pricing, and commercial terms
2. B2B Sales Development
Identify and acquire new B2B clients (corporate, hospitality, real estate, lifestyle partners, etc.)
Develop customized proposals and solutions for B2B customers
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → negotiation → closing → after‑sales support
Build long‑term relationships with key accounts and decision‑makers
3. Channel Strategy & Execution
Implement channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Coordinate with marketing to support dealer promotions, campaigns, and product launches
Ensure consistent brand image and customer experience across all partner stores
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and channel opportunities
4. Sales Operations & Reporting
Track sales performance, inventory levels, and sell‑through rates
Prepare weekly/monthly business reports and forecasts
Work closely with supply chain to ensure timely replenishment and stock availability
Manage budgets, pricing policies, and discount structures
5. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with marketing, product, retail operations, and training teams
Support new product introductions and retail activation plans
Provide market insights to HQ for product development and strategy refinement
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience
5+ years of dealer management, channel sales, or B2B sales experience
Experience in lifestyle, home, consumer goods, retail, or premium brands preferred
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding channel networks
Skills
Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Strong commercial acumen and data‑driven decision‑making
Ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously
Comfortable with frequent travel
