Key Responsibilities
Customer Needs & Solution Management
- Understand client business models and needs; collect, analyze, and respond to customer requirements
- Lead the design and presentation of cold chain logistics solutions to ensure feasibility and alignment with client expectations
- Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, coordinating resources to resolve issues quickly
Service Quality & Execution
- Break down customer needs into actionable tasks and assign them to relevant distribution centers (DCs) nationwide
- Coordinate warehousing, transportation, and manpower across regions to ensure efficient service delivery
- Promote resource sharing and collaboration among DCs to improve overall network performance
Efficiency & Cost Optimization
- Regularly analyze operational data from all warehouses to streamline processes and boost efficiency
- Continuously optimize the logistics network based on market and customer demands to reduce costs
- Benchmark against industry best practices and propose improvements to build a lean, high-performing service model
Client Relationship Management
- Conduct regular visits to key clients and build long-term partnerships
- Gather client feedback and ensure timely internal responses and improvements
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and trust
Cost Accounting & Reconciliation
- Perform regular cost analysis and support clients in optimizing their logistics expenses
- Coordinate with client finance teams to verify service charges and ensure accurate billing
Issue Management
- Handle emergencies such as delivery delays, product damage, or inventory shortages
- Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to minimize business impact
- Document and share case studies of issue resolution for internal learning
Contract Execution & Oversight
- Monitor contract implementation to ensure all service terms are fulfilled
- Support contract renewals, amendments, and negotiations with clients
