Job Requirements:
1.B.A Degree or higher in business administration or Finance, Engineering degree or related job experience form EMS industry a significant plus.
2.Overseas education/ background a big plus; Experiences working in ESG industry is definite advantage.
3.Experience in PMP and 6 Sigma preferred.
4.Mature, over 10–15 years PM experiences working in Manufacturing Industry is essential.
5.Demonstrated experience in personnel management.
6.Ability to bring project to successful completion through political sensitivity.
7.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, English and Mandarin are a Must.
8.Proof to show you has solid experiences being main customer contact serving big / global brand customers.
9.Able to manage and work under pressure; take Ownership, DRIVE WIN and Teamwork mindset and attitude is definitely basic; Strong, tough but low EGO .
1.Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
2.Develop full–scale project plans and associated communications documents.
3.Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
4.Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
5.Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.
6.Make appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.
7.Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
8.Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
9.Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
10.Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
11.Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
