As Director, Go-to-Market, you will drive the market strategy and commercial execution for GenAI product portfolio, translating cutting-edge AI capabilities into customer value and revenue growth.
This role requires strong strategic instincts, the ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams, and a bias for execution. You will own the go-to-market motion end-to-end — from market positioning through customer acquisition and adoption. • Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to drive cross-functional GTM execution and revenue growth
• Serve as the voice of the customer in close collaboration with all BU leadership, Sales, and GTM teams, driving alignment on product roadmap priorities and market opportunities to ensure GenAI capabilities complement and enhance existing BU offerings
• Own the full GTM lifecycle from zero-to-one market entry through scaled customer acquisition and adoption programs
• Identify critical market signals, customer feedback loops, and competitive intelligence that inform product strategy and commercial optimization
• Represent GTM strategy to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, influencing product roadmap and investment decisions
Basic Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience influencing at the executive and C-level
• Hands-on experience with market metrics, customer acquisition frameworks, and iterative GTM development
Preferred Qualifications
• Background in industrial technology, manufacturing software, automation, or AI/ML applications in physical industries
• Experience leading GTM in early-stage, zero-to-one, or emerging product category environments
• Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, industrial data platforms, or AI-powered workflow solutions
• Prior experience building and mentoring GTM teams or leading cross-functional market initiatives
