Key Responsibilities
Ensure end‑to‑end supplier quality performance for assigned components, commodities, projects, or product lines, covering the full cycle from APQP through PPAP approval and release to serial production.
Drive on‑time and high‑quality completion of all APQP/PPAP deliverables, ensuring every required activity is fully closed.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to identify, assess, and eliminate component‑related risks throughout the program development process.
Implement annual supplier quality KPIs, including Supplier Complaints (SC) and 0km performance targets, and negotiate annual SC reduction goals with suppliers.
Lead issue resolution for customer complaints, production issues, and IQC findings related to supplier raw materials prior to safe launch.
Support new supplier selection and onboarding, including capability assessment and quality system evaluation.
Coordinate cross‑plant quality actions using Q‑Matrix or equivalent methods to ensure supplier-related issues are consistently managed across all affected sites.
Participate in the supplier escalation process according to internal escalation policies.
Perform additional tasks assigned by the manager as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields).
Minimum 10 years of automotive industry experience in Quality, Supplier Quality, Supplier Development, Process Engineering, or similar functions.
Strong knowledge of industry standards, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, special process assessments, CQI standards, and GPS (Geometrical Product Specification) requirements.
Technical expertise in plastic, stamping, or die‑casting components is highly preferred.
Ability to interpret and apply engineering standards, drawings, and technical specifications.
Fluent spoken English is required; strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills are essential.
