The Solution Architect is a key contributor to shaping, developing, and delivering the transformation and digital solutions agenda for Finance Digital Centre in China. Working closely with the Business Analyst, the China Site & Transformation Lead, and the broader APAC team, this role identifies, assesses, and designs high‑quality digital solutions that support transformation initiatives and align with Finance Digital Centre global strategy and priorities.
The role ensures the stability and optimization of daily business systems by applying technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform (including Power BI, Power Apps, Microsoft Fabric) and Python. It provides timely issue resolution and drives continuous improvement through robust data analysis and the translation of business needs into actionable technical requirements. By leveraging advanced analytics and automation, the Solution Architect uncovers opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency, strengthening the organization’s digital capabilities over time.
Strategy and Planning
1.Analyze business objectives and operational challenges to identify transformation opportunities and develop supporting business cases.
2.Define long‑term technology plans that align with the broader transformation strategy for assigned initiatives.
3.Review and assess internal technologies and third‑party solutions to determine suitability for business and operational goals.
Design and Architecture
1.Create end‑to‑end architectural designs that support operational strategies and scalable process workflows.
2.Ensure proposed solutions integrate seamlessly with existing systems, data flows, and business processes.
3.Design solutions that can grow with evolving business needs and future strategic direction.
4,Build solutions based on business requirements and provide technical leadership throughout implementation to ensure architectural alignment.
Collaboration and Communication
1.Stakeholder Engagement — Collaborate with site leads, senior market stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to communicate solution value, constraints, and impacts.
2.Produce comprehensive documentation covering architecture, solution design, implementation details, and maintenance guidelines.
3.Updates and Enhancements — Maintain and support daily business systems, continuously reviewing solutions for optimization opportunities and ensuring operational stability.
4.Provide expert guidance to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to architecture or implemented solutions.
