团队管理:负责电气领域技术团队的日常运营管理,包括人员调配、任务拆解、绩效跟进及团队建设,提升团队整体协作效率与技术攻坚能力。
Team Management: Responsible for the daily operation and management of controls technical team, including staff allocation, task decomposition, performance tracking and team building, so as to improve the overall collaboration efficiency and technical breakthrough capability of the team.

技术统筹:主导核心技术项目的全流程推进,从方案论证、设计评审到落地实施,精准把控技术方向,独立解决项目中的关键技术难题,保障项目按时按质交付。
Technical Coordination: Lead the whole-process promotion of core technical projects, from scheme demonstration, design review to implementation, accurately control the technical direction, independently solve key technical problems in the project, and ensure the project is delivered on time and with quality.

体系搭建:制定并优化团队技术标准、工作流程及培训体系,搭建人才梯队,组织内部技术培训与经验沉淀,提升团队整体技术水平,支撑公司技术战略落地。
System Construction: Formulate and optimize the team's technical standards, work processes and training system, build a talent echelon, organize internal technical training and experience accumulation, improve the overall technical level of the team, and support the implementation of the company's technical strategy.

内外协同:对接内部业务部门、外部合作方及供应商,协调跨部门技术资源,清晰传递技术需求与解决方案,确保技术服务与业务发展同频。
Internal and External Collaboration: Connect with internal business departments, external partners and suppliers, coordinate cross-departmental technical resources, clearly convey technical requirements and solutions, and ensure that technical services are in sync with business development.

文档输出:负责撰写项目技术方案、进度报告、验收文档等各类专业文档,确保文档的准确性、完整性与规范性。
Document Output: Responsible for writing various professional documents such as project technical schemes, progress reports and acceptance documents, ensuring the accuracy, completeness and standardization of the documents.
任职要求
◼
年龄要求:30-40岁,35岁左右为佳,具备成熟的团队管理思维与项目把控能力。
Age Requirement: 30-40 years old, preferably around 35 years old, with mature team management thinking and project control ability.

学历专业:全日制本科及以上学历,985/211院校优先;电气工程及其自动化、机电一体化等相关专业毕业,具备扎实的专业理论基础。
Education and Major: Full-time bachelor's degree or above, 985/211 universities are preferred; graduated from electrical engineering and automation, mechatronics and other related majors, with solid professional theoretical foundation.

技术能力:5年以上电气领域技术研发或工程实践经验,熟悉行业主流技术标准与设备特性,能独立主导技术方案设计并解决复杂技术问题;具备相关专业技能认证者优先。
Technical Ability: More than 5 years of experience in technical research and development or engineering practice in the electrical field, familiar with mainstream technical standards and equipment characteristics in the industry, able to independently lead the design of technical schemes and solve complex technical problems; those with relevant professional skill certifications are preferred.

管理经验:3年以上技术团队管理经验,有成功带领5人及以上团队完成重大技术项目的经历,具备优秀的团队领导力、目标拆解能力与冲突协调能力。
Management Experience: More than 3 years of technical team management experience, with experience in successfully leading a team of 5 or more people to complete major technical projects, and having excellent team leadership, goal decomposition ability and conflict coordination ability.

综合素养:具备良好的逻辑思维、沟通表达与抗压能力,工作严谨负责,有强烈的责任心与敬业精神;能熟练撰写各类技术文档。
Comprehensive Quality: Good logical thinking, communication and expression skills, and ability to work under pressure; rigorous and responsible in work, with strong sense of responsibility and professionalism; proficient in writing various technical documents.
