Financial Manager

Job Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and manage a team of 3financial professionals, including setting performance goals, providing coaching and mentorship, and conducting regular performance evaluations
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, ensuring effective communication and knowledge sharing within the department
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance department, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
2. Full-cycle Financial Operations
- Take charge of end-to-end financial accounting processes, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and fixed asset management
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decision-making, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis
- Manage cost control and pricing strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize product costs and improve profit margins
3. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies, including tax regulations, labor laws, and financial reporting standards
- Implement internal control procedures to mitigate financial risks, including fraud prevention, cash flow management, and inventory control
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth annual audits and timely completion of audit reports
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and procurement teams to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Provide financial insights and support to business units, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis
- Communicate financial performance and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner
Qualifications & Requirements
1. Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in a foreign enterprise or multinational corporation
- Proven track record of leading and managing a financial team
2. Language & Soft Skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written)** for business communication, including ability to conduct meetings, negotiate contracts, and prepare reports in English
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
