Sr Legal Counsel - Supply Chain

Regulatory Compliance — Ensure full compliance with PRC laws and regulations, including environmental, labor, safety, product quality, cybersecurity, and data protection requirements. Monitor regulatory changes and advise plant leadership proactively.
Commercial Contracts — Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (procurement, supply, logistics, equipment, maintenance, engineering services, etc.) to support plant operations.
Dispute Management — Handle disputes, claims, and investigations involving suppliers, contractors, employees, or government authorities. Manage external counsel when necessary.
Risk Management — Identify legal risks in plant operations and implement mitigation strategies. Conduct legal training for plant teams.
Government Interaction — Support interactions with local regulators, including environmental bureaus, labor authorities, and market supervision bureaus.
Compliance Programs — Implement and monitor corporate compliance programs (anti‑corruption, competition law, trade compliance, ESG‑related obligations).
M&A / Expansion Support — Provide legal support for plant expansions, land use matters, construction projects, and due diligence for potential acquisitions.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Partner closely with operations, EHS, HR, procurement, finance, and global legal teams to support business objectives.
