We are seeking an experienced Finance IT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between Finance and IT functions, driving digital transformation and continuous process improvement across global finance operations. The successful candidate will work closely with finance stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to analyze business requirements, deliver system solutions, and support enterprise finance applications.
This role requires strong business process knowledge in Finance, hands-on experience with ERP and financial systems, and the ability to manage projects in a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Solution Delivery
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and system solutions.
• Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and system enhancement.
• Support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Finance-related applications.
Finance Systems Management
• Provide functional support for Finance applications, including:
o General Ledger (GL)
o Accounts Payable (AP)
o Accounts Receivable (AR)
o Fixed Assets (FA)
o Cost Controlling
o Treasury
o Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinate application maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements.
Project Management & Transformation
• Participate in Finance transformation initiatives, ERP implementations, and process automation projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery on scope, budget, and timeline.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
• Support global system rollouts and change management activities.
Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary liaison between Finance users and IT teams.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, UAT testing, and user training.
• Ensure system solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Requirements
Education
• Bachelor's degree or above in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Finance IT, ERP implementation, or application support.
• Strong experience supporting Finance processes and systems.
• Proven experience in multinational companies or global project environments.
• Experience in system implementation, enhancement, or application support.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project delivery methodologies.
Technical Skills
• Hands-on experience with Finance ERP systems, such as:
o SAP FICO
o SAP S/4HANA Finance
• Knowledge of financial consolidation, budgeting, treasury, and reporting processes.
• Experience with Finance SaaS platforms such as:
o Coupa
o SAP Ariba
o SAP Concur
• Experience with BI and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAC) is a plus.
• Understanding of workflow automation and integration technologies is preferred.
Language
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
