Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Cross‑Functional Strategy & Transformation Projects
Serve as project lead for enterprise‑level strategic initiatives, including growth strategy, business model evolution, organizational transformation, and operational excellence programs.
Drive end‑to‑end project delivery: problem definition, hypothesis development, analysis, solution design, stakeholder alignment, and implementation support.
Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and Technology to ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively.
2. Conduct Deep‑Dive Market & Competitive Research
Lead comprehensive market research including consumer insights, competitive benchmarking, industry trend analysis, regulatory landscape assessment, and macroeconomic impact evaluation.
Synthesize complex external data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decision‑making.
Develop strategic narratives and recommendations for senior leadership.
3. Project Management & PMO Leadership
Act as PMO for multi‑workstream programs, ensuring alignment, milestone tracking, risk management, and timely delivery of project outcomes.
Mobilize resources, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and maintain strong project governance.
Facilitate structured discussions, workshops, and decision‑making forums with senior stakeholders.
4. Strategy Development & Execution Support
Build strategic frameworks, business cases, financial models, and implementation roadmaps.
Translate high‑level strategy into executable plans with clear KPIs, timelines, and accountability.
Support execution phases through change management, process redesign, and performance tracking.
5. Executive Communication & Stakeholder Influence
Deliver high‑quality presentations, strategic reports, and executive‑ready materials that articulate insights and recommendations with clarity and impact.
Communicate complex ideas in a structured, persuasive manner to senior leadership.
Build strong relationships across the organization and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Professional Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a top‑tier consulting firm with demonstrated project management responsibilities.
Experience in both strategy formulation and implementation projects is strongly preferred.
2. Project Management & Stakeholder Leadership
Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects with strong PMO discipline.
Skilled in navigating ambiguity, driving alignment, and ensuring accountability across diverse teams.
3. Core Consulting Skills
Strong problem‑solving capability, structured thinking, and analytical rigor.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
Proficiency in building high‑impact slides, frameworks, and strategic narratives.
4. Interpersonal & Leadership Qualities
Highly collaborative, approachable, and effective at building trust across functions.
Strong ownership mindset, adaptability, and willingness to take on diverse strategic topics.
Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new industries, business models, and operational contexts.
5. Preferred Background (Not Mandatory)
