Product & Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Localization
Lead product planning and localization efforts based on China market needs
Evaluate commercial feasibility and technical viability of new product initiatives
Define product requirements and collaborate closely with engineering teams to drive development
2. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
Track industry trends, competitive activities, pricing dynamics, and emerging technologies
Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for product roadmap and positioning
Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to maintain competitiveness
3. Customer Collaboration & Technical Engagement
Develop a deep understanding of how our electronic/semiconductor solutions integrate into HVAC and appliance systems
Work with customer engineering teams, sales, and field application engineers to support design‑in activities
Communicate technical value propositions clearly to both internal and external stakeholders
4. Business Performance & Execution
Monitor product performance including volume, revenue, margin, and market share
Identify critical market shifts and recommend timely actions
Support business growth in China and expand successful models into Japan and Korea
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer‑facing technical role (Product Management, Application Engineering, Technical Sales, Business Development)
Background in semiconductor, high‑tech electronics, industrial electronics, sensors, control systems, or related industries
Solid understanding of electronic communication interfaces (e.g., I2C, UART, analog signals) and system integration
Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills in a multinational environment
Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with customers in Japan or Korea
Familiarity with the HVAC, air‑conditioning, heat pump, or home appliance ecosystem
Experience collaborating with large OEMs on product definition or co‑development
