Key Responsibilities 1. Lead & Develop the Logistics Team Manage and develop a team of Transport Coordinators Coach team members on international logistics, cold-chain handling, DG compliance, and best practices Allocate workload across shipment types and routes Drive team performance, capability building, and process standardisation 2. We are now looking for a Category Lead to drive strategic sourcing, lead a high-performing team, and build world-class category management capabilities. Job Responsibilities 1. Collaborate with external developers and partners. Adopt tiling, quantization, pruning, LoRA, PEFT and other model optimization techniques to lightweight large foundation models, and ensure stable deployment and operation on edge, mobile and server devices. 2. Integrate mainstream software stacks and AI frameworks, and conduct performance tuning in advance to support partners with product launch.
