ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE:
Manage project cost and profitability across the full lifecycle, from quotation and EBIT
calculation to development, SOP and series production. Identify cost deviations, drive
corrective actions and close gaps to achieve project financial targets.
负责项目全生命周期成本及盈利管理，覆盖前期报价和EBIT测算、研发、SOP及量产阶段
识别成本差异，推动改善并缩小偏差，确保项目财务目标达成。
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Lead quotation costing and business case evaluation, including EBIT, gross margin, investment and project profitability.（负责前期报价成本及商业测算，包括EBIT、毛利、投资及项目盈利性评估。）
2.Establish project target cost and financial baseline; maintain consistent assumptions from quotation through project execution.（建立项目目标成本及财务基线，确保报价至项目执行阶段的测算口径一致。）
3.Monitor project profitability and analyze variances between target, forecast and actual results; quantify EBIT impact.（监控项目盈利情况，分析目标、预测与实际之间的差异，并量化对EBIT的影响。）
4.Work with cross-functional teams to define cost improvement actions and track gap closure.（协同相关部门制定成本改善措施，并跟踪差异缩减及闭环。）
5.Prepare project profitability forecast report.（编制项目盈利性预测报告。）
6.Manage the financial handover to SOP and continuously monitor product cost, gross margin and EBIT during series production.（负责SOP阶段的财务交接，并在量产后持续监控产品成本、毛利及EBIT表现。）
7.Support forecast, budget, monthly closing and management reporting for projects and products.（支持项目及产品相关的预测、预算、月结及管理报告。）
8.Prepare business performance analysis reports, identify key business drivers, analyze variances and provide insights to support management decision-making.（编制公司层面整体经营分析报告，抓住业务重点，分析差异，为管理层决策提供支持。）
9.Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.（完成直属主管安排的其他工作。）
1.At least 5 years of project controlling or product costing experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.（至少5年汽车制造业项目控制或产品成本相关经验。）
2.Full-lifecycle and multi-module cost control experience, from quotation and development through SOP and series production.（具备从报价、研发到SOP及量产阶段的全生命周期、全模块成本控制经验。）
3.Strong analytical, communication and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to drive actions to closure.（具备较强的分析、沟通及跨部门协调能力，能够推动改善措施落地闭环。）
4.Strong capability in EBIT calculation, target costing, profitability forecasting and variance analysis.（具备较强的EBIT测算、目标成本、盈利预测及差异分析能力。）
5.Good written and spoken English.（具备良好的英语听说读写能力。）
6.Hands-on experience with SAP is required. Experience with SAP PS module and BPC is preferred.（必须具备SAP实际操作经验；有SAP PS模块及BPC经验者优先。）
