1. Scope: Greater China offline omni channel management, including DTC, wholesales, and duty-free channel.
2. Evaluate and monitor business performance, work closely with brand functions to deliver annual budget & quarterly rolling forecast(F1,2,3) and 5-year long-term strategic plans for offline omni channel.
3. Establish and continuously enhance planning templates and methodologies, improve planning accuracy with evolving business model.
4. Store master data governance and profit center/cost center within his/her scope.
5. Responsible for the monthly financial review and analysis of offline channels, including channel, sales, p&l analysis and expense analysis e.g., labor costs, rental, and operating expenses, as well as leading on continuous improvement along with business development.
6. Responsible for the evaluation of store investment projects, including new store openings, store renovations, and store closures. Review business proposals, generate finance impact and recommendations based on the analysis.
7. Responsible for the evaluation of store Capx investment, as well as the analysis of the rationality of investment standards, deliver finance insights for decision-making.
8. Collaborate with BD team and actively participate in lease term optimization for the offline omni channel, while conducting benchmarking across group brands and external competitors.
