• More than 5-8 years of hands-on experience in digital transformation, with a solid track record of driving digital initiatives across multiple business domains.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce models, including customer journeys, platform operations, digital marketing, logistics processes, and related business ecosystems.
• Background in retail, consumer goods, or other digital driven industries, with practical exposure to omnichannel operations and digital business models.
• Proven experience leading implementation projects in the role of Project Manager or Scrum Master, ensuring successful delivery from planning to execution.
• Excellent command of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with the ability to apply them effectively in complex, cross functional environments.
• Solid understanding of the PMI framework, including project lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and governance processes.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) with hands on experience facilitating agile ceremonies, coaching teams, and promoting agile ways of working.
• Strong capabilities in cost control, budgeting, and risk management, with the ability to anticipate issues and implement mitigation strategies.
• Demonstrated proactive problem solving skills, able to identify root causes, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Able to make sound, timely decisions under pressure, balancing business priorities with technical constraints.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with the ability to work in multicultural and cross regional environments.
