Business Development Manager
1. Develop short-term and long-term business development strategies based on the company's overall goals, identify market trends and industry opportunities, and promote the implementation of strategies to ensure the achievement of business indicators (revenue, customer quantity, market penetration, etc.).

3. Explore new markets, industries and customer segments, take the initiative to develop potential key clients, establish and maintain long-term and stable cooperative relationships with clients, understand client needs, provide customized solutions, and promote deal closure.
开拓新市场、新行业及新客户群体,主动挖掘潜在核心客户,与客户建立并维护长期稳定的合作关系,了解客户需求,提供定制化解决方案,推动交易达成。
4. Undertake key client maintenance work, regularly communicate with clients to track usage feedback, solve client problems in a timely manner, improve client satisfaction and loyalty, and promote client renewal, upsell and cross-sell.
承担核心客户维护工作,定期与客户沟通跟踪使用反馈,及时解决客户问题,提升客户满意度与忠诚度,推动客户续约、增购及交叉销售。
5. Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with partners (distributors, agents, industry associations, etc.), coordinate resources, expand business channels, and form a win-win cooperation model to enhance market influence.
开发并维护与合作伙伴(经销商、代理商、行业协会等)的合作关系,协调资源,拓展业务渠道,构建双赢合作模式,提升市场影响力。
6. Conduct in-depth market research, collect industry information, competitor dynamics and customer needs, analyze market potential and risks, and provide data support and suggestions for the company's strategy adjustment and product optimization.
开展深度市场调研,收集行业信息、竞争对手动态及客户需求,分析市场潜力与风险,为公司战略调整、产品优化提供数据支持与建议。
7. Cooperate with sales, marketing, product and other teams to provide business support, participate in the formulation of marketing activities and product promotion plans, and assist the team in improving business efficiency
与销售、市场、产品等团队协同合作,提供业务支持,参与制定市场活动及产品推广方案,协助团队提升业务效率。
8. Regularly sort out business development data, submit business reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly), summarize work experience and problems, and put forward improvement plans; manage the business development process and ensure the standardization and efficiency of work.
定期整理商务发展数据,提交业务报告(周/月/季度),总结工作经验与问题,提出改进方案;管理商务发展流程,确保工作规范化、高效化。
9. Identify major environmental factors and major hazards for this position, and take corresponding measures according to the control plans

10. Implement environmental and occupational health policy, objectives and management plan
