Key Responsibilities(主要职责)
1. Global Sourcing & Strategy(全球采购战略)
Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for key categories to achieve cost, quality, delivery, and innovation targets
Identify global supply market trends, risks, and opportunities to support long‑term business planning
Lead supplier scouting and qualification across regions (Asia, Europe, North America, etc.)
Drive localization, dual‑sourcing, and risk‑mitigation strategies
2. Supplier Management(供应商管理)
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers
Lead supplier performance reviews covering cost, delivery, quality, and capacity
Negotiate global contracts, pricing agreements, and long‑term supply arrangements
Resolve escalated supplier issues and lead corrective action programs
3. Cross‑Functional Leadership(跨部门协作)
Partner with R&D, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Legal to support new product introduction (NPI) and product lifecycle management
Support engineering teams in early supplier involvement (ESI) and cost‑down initiatives
Collaborate with regional procurement teams to ensure global alignment and execution consistency
4. Cost Management(成本管理)
Develop cost‑reduction roadmaps and drive annual productivity targets
Conduct cost analysis, should‑cost modeling, and total cost of ownership (TCO) assessments
Lead competitive bidding, RFQ/RFP processes, and supplier benchmarking
5. Risk & Compliance(风险与合规)
Establish supply risk assessment frameworks and mitigation plans
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX, ESG, and global regulatory requirements
Oversee supplier audits and sustainability programs
6. Team Leadership(团队管理)
Lead and mentor regional procurement managers and category specialists
Build a high‑performing global procurement organization
Promote best practices, process standardization, and digital procurement tools
