Position Overview:
The Commercial Excellence Analyst role is a critical position responsible for enhancing our market intelligence, streamlining project management, conducting data analysis, and providing sales guidance and support, among other key responsibilities. This role plays a pivotal part in optimizing our commercial operations and ensuring the company’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Commercial Strategy and Sales Guidance:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics. Offer training and support to sales representatives to improve their effectiveness.
Contribute to the development of the company’s commercial strategy and long-term goals. Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide guidance on pricing strategies, product positioning, and market penetration. Contribute to the development of the company’s commercial strategy and long-term goals.
2.Data Analysis and Forecasting:
Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to extract valuable insights from sales, marketing, and operational data.
Generate reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
Manage data quality and integrity to ensure accurate analysis.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration and Project Management:
Lead cross-functional teams in executing commercial projects to achieve business objectives.
Foster collaboration and alignment between various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
Work with global team to achieve global wise project and events success.
Communicate insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
4.Marketing and Competitive Intelligence:
Collect and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Develop market segmentation strategies to target key customer segments effectively.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create data-driven marketing campaigns.
Monitor regulatory changes and industry developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical or a related field.
- Salesforce management experience is a plus.
- Around 5 years’ experience in marketing intelligence, data analysis, and sales support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Project management experience & certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal, written English and expert of Excel and PowerPoint.
