Key Responsibilities
Quality Strategy Development — Define, implement, and maintain the company’s quality vision, policies, and objectives aligned with business goals.
Quality Management System Oversight — Manage and continuously improve the QMS (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, GMP) to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Process Control & Improvement — Lead root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and process optimisation initiatives.
Internal & External Audits — Plan and conduct internal audits; coordinate external audits with certification bodies and customers.
Supplier Quality Management — Evaluate, monitor, and improve supplier performance through audits, scorecards, and quality agreements.
Team Leadership — Manage and develop the quality team, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluation.
Customer Complaint Handling — Lead investigation and resolution of customer complaints, ensuring timely communication and corrective actions.
Quality Metrics & Reporting — Establish KPIs, analyse trends, and present quality performance reports to senior management.
Regulatory Compliance — Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards, regulations, and legal requirements.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Work closely with Production, Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to embed quality into all operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
5–10 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, electronics, medical devices, or similar industries.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, or other relevant standards.
Proven experience with root cause analysis, FMEA, SPC, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Certification such as CQE, CQA, or Six Sigma Black Belt
